ith a brand-new palette which goes for refinement and exclusivity, Casalgrande Padana, the company specialized in ceramic surfaces and wallcoverings, is expanding its range of marble-effect porcelain stoneware tiles with a line of unique shades for the Marmoker and Onici collections.

The inspiration as always came from a selection of nature’s finest marbles, which get enhanced by the carefully chosen new nuances. Marmoker interprets the classic appeal of Carrara and Statuario Fine with richly detailed shades and highlights Statuario Altissimo and Extra Oro with more pronounced veining which pops out on the white backdrop. This contrasts with the darker tones of Deep Dark and Starry Night, which are emblematic of bolder elegance that provides a new depth to surfaces.

They produce atmospheres with a strong visual impact which can be freely customized by mixing 9 formats in honed and glossy versions (from 30x60 cm to 60x60 cm and 60x120 cm, up to large formats of 120x120 cm 120x278 cm and 160x 320 cm, 45x90 cm to 90x90 cm and 90x180 cm), in 3 thicknesses (from 6.5 mm to 10 mm and 12 mm).

Meanwhile, the second collection, Onici, which was already available in five tones (Avorio, Bianco, Ghiaccio, Miele and Quarzo), gets enhanced by three new colors: Onice Arancio, Onice Grigio and Onice Perla. Each unique and unrepeatable tile is available in six formats (60x60 cm, 60x120 cm, 120x120 cm and 120x278 cm, 90x90 cm and 90x180 cm) with two thicknesses of 6.5 mm and 10 mm and with honed and glossy surfaces.

Here, too, the bold and irregular veining are what stand out. They break up the beige, gray, and pearly white bases with cloudy effects and unexpected superimpositions in order to create exquisite transparencies.

The strength of these two collections can be found in their refined look, but also in the versatility which comes from their large, modular format. They experiment with colors and contrasts without ever giving up on the highest technical characteristics.

Ideal both in residential, public and contract space (and even in the wellness, hospitality and luxury boating sectors), Marmoker and Onici are capable of perfectly interpreting various styles—from a more classic to a more contemporary one—and are not only to be used to cover floors and walls, but can even create tabletops, shelves, boiserie and scenic backdrops for any room.

The thickness of just 6.5mm, with their wide range of sizes, allows for the laying of the tiles without any joints and a seamless look in any space. With impeccable and timeless style that keeps them low-maintenance, they maintain the typical characteristics of porcelain stoneware intact, like resistance to wear, tread, bending, cold and salt, as well as colors that last and optimal hygiene (all the surfaces can be treated with Bios Antibacterial® technology)
