What are they? Grès is a line of plates in glossy porcelain stoneware, available in black, white and beige. Clean and simple lines. Slash is a line of matching table runners and placemats, made using a highly innovative fabric. Slash comes in anthracite, brown, black and white. 

What is special about them? Grès and Slash make an art-form out of simpleness and purity. They are both extremely new and fresh ideas. Large plates with steel edges, so they can be held and used like trays. All plates can also be ordered with sides fitted with metallic rods. Placemats and table runners follow the popular minimalist trend.

How are they made? Plates are in porcelain stoneware with steel accents, joining together traditional craftsmanship and contemporary design. Fabric in extra-fine weave, also stain-proof and waterproof.

Who is it by? Claudio La Viola, self-taught designer, who worked first in fashion, before swapping over, in the nineties, to design and architecture. His strengths? A new way of using traditional materials and constant search for new and exciting details.
