ove Design®, the biannual event organized by the Comitato Lombardia of the AIRC Foundation for cancer research in collaboration with ADI, will be held from November 1-7, 2021 in its first digital edition.

The tenth edition of the event will as always reunite a number of Italian design companies to support ontological research, but this time it will take place in a virtual space, allowing it to become a national initiative.

Over 5000 objects of design and fashion have been donated by many prominent companies in the sector including B&B Italia, Moroso, Flexform, Foscarini, Desalto, Davide Groppi, Alessi, Arper, Living Divani, Pedrali, Magis, Luceplan and many others. The Organizing Committee is led by brands like Antoniolupi, Caimi Brevetti, De Padova, De Rigo Vision, Fiat 500, Flos, Gucci, Kartell, Martinelli Luce, Milaura, Miu Miu, Molteni & C., Poliform, Prada, Rimadesio, Gallo, Le Crueset, Seletti, Technogym and Safilo.

All the products will be on sale at special prices and can be seen on the site www.lovedesign.airc.it and will finance 3 three-year scholarships for young researchers (each with a value of €75,000 ). In addition to the most well-known brands, this year there are also various personalities from design, fashion and theatre who decided to throw in their support for this initiative and spread the word by posing for an ad hoc campaign. Some the names include Antonio Aricò, Sarah Balivo, Clara Bona, Marco Castelli, Serena Confalonieri, Chiara Frigerio, Gnambox (Riccardo Casiraghi and Stefano Paleari), Tomas Ghisellini, Marco Guazzone, Paola Marella, Gilles Massè, Lucia Peraldo Matton, Gala Rotelli, Elena Salmistraro, Clara Soccini and Alberto Vanin, immortalized by the photograph by Angelo Ferrillo, with the collaboration of the stylist Maria Gentile, inside the prestigious location of the IFOM, Institute of Molecular Oncology: a cancer research center.

Capping off the entire event, there is the usual Love Design® lottery with 60 prestigious prizes at stake including a Fiat 500, a Sean Wotherspoon Vespa, a trip to Sirmione, and trendy jewelry and accessories. The tickets are on sale at www.lovedesign.airc.it and the draw of the 60 winners will take place on November 7, 2021.

 Once again it is event for all those who wish to share in a moment of genuine social solidarity and give themselves a chance to win must-have objects for themselves and the home.
