n times of difficulty new opportunities emerge. And so in this complicated moment, Molteni&C|Dada, the design company which has always stood out for its innovative spirit, has launched a new service of digital interior design consultancy: Molteni@Home.

Technology, experimentation, fast communications and augmented reality: these are the tools that Molteni&C|Dada has also chosen to perfect its dialogue with customers and better respond to their needs and desires. It does so without forgetting engagement with the physical store, but is able to overcome the difficulty of this unique moment. In fact, the new digital touch points will support the vast network of over 700 sales points around the world (50 of which are single-brand).

Molteni@Home is an intelligent project conceived of in order to facilitate, via direct consultancy, the connection between sales points and end users—from architects to interior designers and private clients. All it takes is a click to schedule your first virtual appointment: through video calls, screens and shared moodboards, a dedicated team will offer ideas, advice and assets for personalized projects. Additionally, with simple mail you can receive samples at home, and on the new section of the websites molteni.it and dada-kitchens.com it is possible to choose the nearest store for in-person contact.

The project, which demonstrates greater attention care for customers, is already active in the US, where in September a pilot e-commerce system will be added for an exclusive selection of iconic pieces from the Heritage Collection (with great classics designed by maestro Gio Ponti).

Plus, it offers a special deal. Molteni&C|Dada C will allow the purchase of the exclusive Heritage Collection through the 1stDibs platform, a key player in the American online sales market. It is a strategic choice as on the American portal—number one in the world in the purchase and sales of antiques, modern pieces and reissues of classics—the works of the 20th century maestro Gio Ponti are among the most in demand.
