or the people who love design and have always dreamt of owning an icon of the excellence of the top lighting designers, this weekend is certainly not to be missed.
For two consecutive days Oluce, the oldest – as well as the most experimental – firm in the modern, Italian lighting industry (it was started by Giuseppe Ostuni in 1945, who contributed the letter O in the brand’s name) reopens the doors of its store / warehouse in San Donato Milanese for a special 2019 sale.

Visitors are going to find lamps that come from photo shoots, shows or international exhibitions, from the firm’s most recent pieces to several rare examples currently out of production.

A brief moment to discover authentic lighting design masterpieces, made for Oluce, from the fifties onwards, by several titans in the world of design such as Tito Agnoli, Joe Colombo and Vico Magistretti, the latter designed Atollo, undoubtedly the brand's most famous as well as iconic lamp, the winner of the Compasso d'Oro award in 1979.
