ight in the heart of the up-and-coming Porta Nuova neighbourhood in Milan, at the corner with Piazza Gioachino, ARAN Cucine in collaboration with Galbiati Arreda, the benchmark for the city when it comes to top quality contemporary design, has recently opened its new flagship store.
Nine hundred square metres that extend over three floors (ground floor, lower ground floor and the first floor which is articulated with glazing) with large shop windows on either side; this is ARAN Cucine’s new flagship store. The store’s original display offers everything for the refined contemporary lifestyle.
The ground floor is a bright and welcoming space, here home decor schemes are interspersed with more dramatic settings, in which the brand’s core piece take centre stage. However, every single floor has been especially designed to display the products to great advantage, but above all to draw attention to the technical and aesthetic qualities of the kitchens by Aran. The Sipario kitchen by the Japanese designer Maiko Hasuike is a striking example of this. It stands out on blackboard background with a sketch of the project and the designer’s profile beside it.
Taking a stroll in this welcoming showroom is a pleasant experience, not only because it paints a complete picture of the style and quality of ARAN Cucine, but especially because it provides us with inspiration as well as illustrating, with the simplicity of everyday life and the elegance of made in Italy design, different home decor ideas.
What’s more, ARAN Cucine has planned several show-cooking and tasting events: we just have to wait for the earliest opportunity to try out these kitchens ourselves (after having taken a good look at them of course).
