acsk is the port of call for all the design aficionados out there, always on the lookout for Italian quality, even in Asia. Macsk is a multibrand store in Singapore. Here, you can find the “biggest” names in Italian interior design and it the magic doesn’t just stop here. Molteni&Dada, Armani/Dada, Kettal, Louis Poulsen, Oluce, Alessi, Carlo Moretti and many more besides. There are around a dozen of these world-class acts, shown in this 800 square metre space located in the prestigious Mohammed Sultan Road, right in the heart of the vibrant Robertson Quay.
An interesting selection of furniture, lighting design and household accessories, which include both new products and iconic pieces, mixing and matching classic and contemporary aesthetics. This is really chic. On the ground floor: ideas by Molteni&C and Dada, decorated with iconic kitchen accessories by Alessi and sophisticated Murano Crystal vases by Carlo Moretti and lit by bright sculptures by Lasvit (his kinetic movement of crystal chandeliers synchronized with music) and with iconic Danish lamps by Louis Poulsen, like the Artichoke lamp.
However, on the top floor, the ambience is even more refined and luxurious. Here, in fact, it was displayed, for the first time in Southeast Asia, the kitchen by Armani/Dada. This kitchen is displayed with pieces by Fendi; another luxury fashion lable, which also designs for the home. You are definitely not short of ideas. There are also pieces for the outdoors with a refined aesthetic, designed by Kettal, a Spanish brand renowned for its outdoor design.
And as you would expect, this floor is also lit and in this case the key player is Oluce. Here, Oluce shows its cosmopolitan line, designed by renowned designers like Vico Magistretti, Joe Colombo and Toshiyuki Kita.
There’s no doubt that design is paramount at Macsk. In fact, all the design addicts among you will immediately feel at home, even if you are in Singapore
